What the CKYC Generate OTP API does
CKYC Generate OTP sends a one-time password to the mobile number registered against the customer's CKYC record, beginning the consent step required before the full record can be downloaded.
The OTP is not a formality. CKYC records contain verified identity data, and the registry requires proof that the customer authorised its release before any institution can retrieve it.

Which number receives it?

What if the customer no longer has that number?
They cannot complete the download and will need to update their record with the institution that created it. Fall back to standard document KYC.
